
A deliciously bold flavour with a tarry, but smooth smokiness. Organically grown, handmade and hand smoked over pine fires all in one particular tea garden near Wuyi in China. Traditional artisan skills give the authentic flavour of this classic tea.
Directions: Allow boiled water to cool for at least a minute. Preheat the teapot and add 2 grams (a teaspoon) per person. Infuse the tea for 2-4 minutes according to taste.
