
A high quality, classic English Breakfast Tea. An exquisite blend of some of the finest black teas available, producing a rich, bright colour, depth of flavour, with just the right balance of astringency.
Directions: Allow boiled water to cool for at least a minute. Preheat the teapot and add 2 grams (a teaspoon) per person. Infuse for 3-4 minutes according to taste.
The longer the infusion, the more astringent the tea becomes.
