
Our wild organic honeybush (cyclopia) is acknowledged as the finest, found and cured by hand on one farm in The Outeniqua Mountains of the South-Eastern Cape, South Africa, overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Dutch farmers first used naturally caffeine free honeybush as a tea in the 18th Century, given its clear, fresh taste and light honey scent. In spring, its bright yellow, honey-scented flowers combine with other wild flowers to create a tapestry of colour across the landscape.
This finest wild honeybush is grown within a certified organic region and harvested with care and concern for the sustainability of the local ecosystem.
Directions: Allow boiled water to cool for about a minute. Add 2-3 grams (about 1-1 ½ teaspoons) per person. Infuse to taste. Sweeten with sugar or honey to taste. Also delicious as an iced tea.
