
The Poobong Estate is a prized Darjeeling tea garden located in the upper elevations of the Ghoom.
Our First Flush is light, subtle with a full-bodied aroma and flavour. These are Springtime teas, harvested from late February to mid-April.
The young leaves yield a fresh, light infusion – a refreshing afternoon tea. Light and golden, giving a crisp cup with fruity notes.
Directions: Allow boiled water to cool for about 3-4 minutes. Preheat the teapot and add 2-3 grams (1- 1½ teaspoons) per person. Infuse for 2-3 minutes according to taste.
