
From the renowned Poobong Estate, this Second Flush tea is harvested in May and June. The infusion is bright, golden amber in colour and with a pronounced fruit and nut note. It has a lingering aftertaste, with distinct muscatel notes.
Directions: Allow freshly boiled water to cool for at least a minute. Preheat the teapot and add 2 grams (1 teaspoon) per person. Infuse for 3-5 minutes according to taste. The longer the infusion, the more flavoursome and astringent the tea becomes.
