Cup-in-the-Sleeve Green Tea is a fine example of high mountain green tea. It is made from Camellia Sinensis, the plant from which all Chinese teas originate, and is a native of a small, mountainous and rainy area of South China.
Our Organic Cup-in-the-Sleeve Green Tea takes its name from the habit of old Chinese tea lovers, who would carry a favourite little teacup in their flowing sleeves when attending tea parties and poetry competitions besides streams or picturesque waterfalls.
Directions: Best if lightly brewed with freshly boiled, not boiling water. Infuse for 1-2 minutes.
Double use tea bags: Teas of this quality may be infused more than once.
