Charges are: £2.45 UK and Channel Islands (inc. VAT at 15%); £4 Ireland, (both have free delivery for orders over £17.50); £8 Rest of Europe; £16 USA; £10 Australia; £13.99 Rest of the World.
When can I expect delivery?
We will despatch your goods for arrival within 5 to 10 working days for the UK and 10 working days for other countries. However, Customs Regulations do vary from country to country and may affect delivery.
Can you deliver to another address?
Yes we can. Simply register your credit card address and when placing an order you can choose this address or an alternative. To save time, you may want to save alternative addresses - simply login, click 'Your Account' and then click 'Change or add delivery addresses'.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Our delivery companies will always leave a card if no-one is in, giving contact details to arrange another time and an address if you wish to personally pick up your delivery. Alternatively, you may wish to change the delivery address to your place of work or the address of a neighbour.
My account details are not recognised.
In September '08, we redesigned our web-site to make it more informative and easier to navigate. Unfortunately, the new and old sites are not compatible and so you will have to re-register when making your next purchase. We really do apologise for all this inconvenience.
Have you reduced your prices as UK VAT rate is 15%?
Teas and Teeccino are zero VAT rated. However, VAT is charged on UK delivery and tea accessories at a rate of 15% (reduced from 17.5% on 30th November 2008). We have therefore reduced our prices for UK postage & packing and tea accessories. All other prices, including international delivery costs, remain the same.
Can I subscribe or unsubscribe to your newsletter?
Simply click here to login or register and go to "Your Account", then "Change Account Details" and answer the newsletter question at the bottom of the page.
I have forgotten my password
Please click here. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and we will send you a new password. You can change this after logging in and going to your account section.
How can I change my password?
Login with your e-mail address and password, click 'Your Account' in the top right, then 'Change your Account Details" and enter your password, then retype and so confirm. Click 'Save' on the top right.
Why do I have to register or login, before I can buy?
In order to confirm your order and arrange delivery, we do need your e-mail address and registered address for your credit card. Once you have given us these details, we will send you a password. You can then login and check deliveries or order again without retyping your name and address. You can change your password to one more memorable by simply clicking the ‘Change your Account Details’ button in your account. Your credit card number is not saved for security.
