1. The address does not match the records of the credit card. The Payment Provider uses the address you gave as the Credit Card registered address. You can change this on the Credit Card page, but to ensure you do not have to do this every time you place an order, you should change your registered address in Your Account.
2. The credit card number, security digits, expiry date, valid from date, issue number have been inputted wrongly. Please re-enter.
3. Your card issuer may have declined payment. You will need to contact them directly. You may wish yo use an alternative card.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

Can I change my e-mail address?
Yes, simply login with your current e-mail address, go to 'Your Account', click 'Change your Account Details' and replace your current e-mail address with your new one. Click 'Save'. All your details, including order history will remain the same.
Are my credit card details secure?
Payment for your goods is made through our Payment Provider, Protx. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when your order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Our site uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. In this way, information passed between your computer and us cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it. Credit or Debit card transactions are secure.
We will only accept orders using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means you cannot inadvertently reveal personal information by using an unsecured connection. The latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer (3.0 and up) and Netscape Navigator (3.02 and up) both support this secure connection.
You can check the security of any site by looking for the padlock sign in your browser and the 'https:\\' prefix to the web-site address.
Can I pay in an alternative currency to Sterling?
Unfortunately our Secure Payment Provider, Protx, only accepts payment in UK Sterling. We do have currency converters for US and Australian Dollars, and Euros in the Checkout, which automatically give the approximate value of your shopping basket in these currencies.
