During the Imperial period, yellow was the royal colour and Yellow Tea was the Imperial Tribute tea. Known in Chinese as huang ya, meaning yellow tea tips, Yellow Tea uses only the leaf bud. The tea has a warm, refreshing sweetness.
Directions: Allow freshly boiled water to cool slightly before infusing the sachet for 3-4 minutes, according to taste. To experience all the taste nuances, add water again for a second or third cup.
