Click the red box on the top right and choose your teas. Once you have clicked 'Add to basket', the next page shows the items you have ordered and postage rates. You can either continue to shop or buy more teas.

If you click 'Go to secure checkout' and you are an existing customer, then simply enter your email address and password. If you are a new customer, please give us your name and your credit/debit card regsitered address - this will save time when you place another order.

You will be then see the delivery address, which is automatically set to your credit card address. If you wish to select another delivery address, simply clcik the 'Add a new Delivery Address' button, enter the new address and click 'Save'.

On the next page, you can choose your delivery method. Unfortunately, at present, Express Delivery is only offered on the UK mainland, however we are loolking at rectifying this restriction.

On the next page, review your order and delivery adddress. We will then send you an Order Confirmation e-mail.

You will then be passed to our Secure Payment Provider, Protox, which will securely collect credit card details for payemnt. Protx will then send you a Payment Confirmation e-mail.
