Our two organically grown white teas, Bai Mu Dan and Swirling Mist, come from the Fujian Province of China. The leaves have a characteristic silky white down underneath, which gives the teas their name. Only the new spring buds are gathered and dried, undergoing minimal fermenting. The teas can only be made according to a traditional, hand-crafted withering process and have a delicate fragrance and a fresh, mellow sweet taste.
