Returns Policy

All goods purchased from this online shop have a 14 day money back guarantee. We are sure you will enjoy your Dragonfly Teas. On the very rare occasion that you receive them damaged, we will of course arrange a full refund, including your postage costs. We cannot however accept returns unless they are damaged, as our teas are classified as foodstuff and so cannot be resold.

The guarantee is only valid if the receipt, the completed returns form and the original packaging are returned with the product. We also suggest all goods are returned by recorded delivery, as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit. We will of course refund this postage.
