
A classic rare White tea of exceptional quality from the Fujian Province of China. The buds are gathered and dried in the early spring. The delicate leaves undergo minimal fermenting and can only be made according to a unique withering process.
The tea has a delicate fragrance and a fresh, mellow sweet taste reminiscent of fresh apples. Flavour notes include honey and chestnut.
Directions: Allow boiled water to cool for 3-4 minutes. Preheat the teapot and add 2-3 grams (1- 1½ teaspoons) per person.
For a light and delicate flavour, allow to infuse for 2-2 ½ minutes or longer according to taste. The leaves can be infused twice, allowing a longer time for the second infusion.
