Organic Bai Mu Dan White Tea
A classic rare White tea of exceptional quality from Fujian province. The buds are gathered and dried in the early spring. The delicate leaves undergo minimal fermenting and can only be made according to a unique withering process.
The tea has a delicate fragrance and a fresh, mellow sweet taste reminiscent of fresh apples. Flavour notes include honey, chestnut, oak and vanilla.
