This marvellous idea from Tefal does just that. You can set the temperature that you want at the click of a switch.

The low setting is perfect for our Green and White Teas, medium is best for the Oolongs (and also great for coffee too) and high is right for our Black teas, Rooibos, Honeybush and Herbal teas.
